Terms of use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
By creating a Lovduo account, you accept the terms below. They are written to be readable: if anything is unclear, write to us.
1. Who can use Lovduo
Lovduo is for people aged 18 or over. By signing up, you confirm you meet the age requirement and may use the service in your country.
One account per person. Accounts created for someone else or automatically are forbidden.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
You can delete your account anytime from your profile.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (answers, photos, messages). You grant us a limited license to show it to other users as part of the service.
You confirm you hold the rights to the photos you post and do not depict others without their consent.
4. Conduct
You agree to follow the Community rules. Breaches may lead to content removal, suspension or account closure.
5. Sharing photos and contacts
Photos and contact details are shared only with the explicit consent of both people. Saving, distributing or using another member’s shared content outside Lovduo is forbidden.
6. Meeting people
Lovduo helps people connect but does not verify members’ real identity and cannot guarantee their behavior. Take usual precautions when meeting (public place, tell a friend).
7. Paid features
Some services are paid: the virtual items shop (bought with Sparks), direct message credits and the Lovduo Plus subscription. Prices and terms are shown before any purchase. Virtual items have no cash value and are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Safety features (reporting, blocking) are always free.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Lovduo is not liable for exchanges between members.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; you will be informed of significant changes.
