Data we collect

Account: email, password (stored hashed), nickname, birth date (only your age is shown), language.

Profile: identity mode, avatar, photos, gender, preferences, intentions, answers.

Location: the country and city you enter (never your exact position or address), to show nearby people first.

Optional verification: if you send a selfie, our team compares it to your photos and then deletes it; only the “verified” badge is kept.

Notifications: your device identifier, only if you allow notifications.

Purchases: items and credits acquired in the app.

Activity: games, likes, matches, messages, reports and blocks.

Technical data: IP address and security logs, kept to fight abuse.

Why we use it

To provide the service (matching, games, messaging), ensure safety and moderation, meet legal obligations, and improve Lovduo in aggregate.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Sensitive data

Your preferences and intentions may reveal your sexual orientation. They are used only for matching, with your consent, and you can change or delete them anytime.

Sharing

With other members, only what your identity mode and consents allow.

With our technical providers (hosting, storage), bound by contract and located in: [TO COMPLETE — countries / transfer safeguards].

Retention

As long as your account is active. When you delete it, your photos are erased and your messages anonymized; some security data may be kept for [TO COMPLETE — duration] to prevent abuse.
